I. Introduction<\/b><\/p>

In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6 of Article 2 of the Political Constitution of Peru, every person has the right that computer or non-computer information services, whether public or private, do not provide information that affects personal and family privacy.<\/span><\/p>
